It doesn't take much to get Cairo and Bruce playing. My gifts to them were rather poorly this year - 2 partially blown-up balloons! - but they played with them for ages, chasing each other and having a good chew of the rubber.

Luckily for them, cousins Richard and Judy were more generous and they loved the furry and rubber bones they got from them. Thanks auntie Judy and uncle Richard!

This park hasn't had its lakes for nearly 10 years. Now, the little lakes are back and parts of the park are flooded!

with all the rain we've had lately, it's hard to find a park that's not covered in puddles. luckily, my boys aren't into rolling around in them.

..........but they do like to roll around on the grass!

After an uncomfortably warm night's sleep, Maddy got some pics of the puppies and me on the bed. It was great having her here for a few days of shopping, tellying and doggying - thanks for coming Maddy! xoxoxo

Bruce's radical haircut!

Bruce doesn't seem at all changed by or fussed about his severe, radical new summer haricut............
